Good, tasty cold brew

I processed my cold brew with the toddy and it worked well the grind. I got the smooth and sweet version - since there was a bold option and light option, I assumed this would be more of a medium roast. But it felt a bit too dark for my tasting (I exclusively like light roast coffee, but heard light roast 05/be a bit too watered down in a cold brew version). But maybe hot and cold grind type aligns better than the internet suggests! But if you like a medium-dark, this would be fitting!

Great tasting cold brew coffee. At first I thought it was pricey, but after learning my Asobu Cold Brew Coffee Maker takes 3 ounces of ground coffee to make a batch I quickly realized this is a great value as well. I would recommend and purchase again.

LOVE IT! I consider myself somewhat of a coffee Connoseur, Aficinado, whatever, and have tasted coffee from all over the world and have my favorites, but here lately have gotten into cold brew coffee to not only fuel my days but cool it down a bit way down here in the hot bayous of south Louisiana. I use the Dash rapid cold brew system to make my joe. I have tried various beans and grinds but when I came across this coffee, I thought, why not? I am so glad I gave it a try. Smooth!
