As a cold brew connoisseur, Bizzy cold brew is number one in my book. The least bitter and smoothest coffee out there. The grind is the perfect coarseness for French press and other steel filter options. I use a 2qt mason jar and a steel funnel filter and I have the perfect cup of cold brew after about 14hrs.

This cold brew coffee is delicious. Smooth and slightly sweet, no bitter aftertaste or off flavors. We make it less concentrated but it still comes out great. I mix 3 cups of room temperature water with 1 cup of grounds in the morning, then let it sit on the counter all day. I put it in the fridge right before bedtime, then in the morning add 4 more cups of cold water before putting on the French press lid and pushing the plunger. Poured over a glass of ice, with a splash of milk or black, its perfect!

I was a barista for years, yet this is the best cold brew Ive ever come across. The smoothness and flavor is literally perfect.

I used this for the first time yesterday in my cold brew coffee maker. I genuinely prefer this over the cold brew products at Starbucks. I love cold brew coffee. But you always get a different way to make it and have to find special ground coffee and if you do not do it right, or have the wrong coffee you end up with a pot of bitters that have you wishing for Starbucks. This is perfect and very easy. directions are on the back of how much to use and how long to brew. No more bitter pots.
