this is very tasty coffee! this is my first time making cold brew at home. this coffee is smooth, delicious, not bitter, not super sweet and with a splash of heavy cream it's just like Starbucks cold brew with cream! Couldn't be more pleased with the coffee! It's a smooth and mellow blend. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it, and we reordered quickly. Our only constraint in brewing it was the capacity of our brewer! You won't go wrong with this one.

I processed my cold brew with the toddy and it worked well the grind. I got the smooth and sweet version - since there was a bold option and light option, I assumed this would be more of a medium roast. But it felt a bit too dark for my tasting (I exclusively like light roast coffee, but heard light roast 05/be a bit too watered down in a cold brew version). But maybe hot and cold grind type aligns better than the internet suggests! But if you like a medium-dark, this would be fitting!
