Very smooth. Has a hint of sweetness. Not acidic at all, but still has a bold flavor.

I recently started cold brewing coffee, and this brand/blend is by far my favorite. The first batch I made I immediately told my husband "Look out Starbucks, this coffee beats your cold brew hands down!" I am a big lover of Starbucks coffee, and really enjoy their cold brew, but I am just as content drinking a coffee at home now that I have my Bizzy coffee. The grinds are nice and big and brew perfectly with the Toddy Cold Brew system. I could not love this coffee more.

I love this coffee. It makes the smoothest, richest cold brew. It is perfect on its own or served with my favorite seasonal flavorings.

To be honest, I was taken back by the price as I typically just buy whatever is on sale. But I love iced coffee and I went for it. Its delicious. Better than Starbucks and if you do the math- much cheaper in the long run. Would definitely recommend for iced coffee lovers.

I used the whole bag. made it in glass container and I also used the mesh bags. it is easy to do and taste wonderful and smooth - no bitterness at all. I drank it black and when I wanted I doctored it up with cream. but cream was not necessary at all. I just love cream!. the hardest part about this process is the wait time. in my process I got the hot ( not boiling ) just pre-boil temp poured up into my cold brew coffee maker 1.4 glass qt. and let it set ( sweat ) on the counter for a minimum of 12 hours, then I put it in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours and up to 8 hours and it didn't matter is it was 15 hours 20 hours it was simply smooth. this makes a concentrated version and I watered down the black coffee- normally I didn't water down the " cream" coffee as I use lots of cream / ice and sometimes milk too.

I am completely new to Cold Brew Coffee. Decided to try it because of Digestion and Acid problems. I never tasted anything so smooth, sweet and delicious. Still experimenting with the amount of scoops. I love the coffee. The instructions on my 40 ounce glass cold brewer said to use 16 Tablespoons coarsely ground coffee. Makes approximately 5 small cups. I adjusted the amount of coffee and still the taste is OK. It does taste sweet. I hope that it does not have sugar added to the grind. I do not see anything about sugar on the package. I could become addicted!
